theArchieFile will instantly bring up Priority or Overdue work, allow you to filter/search your records by multiple criteria (e.g. reference or company number, type, client, city, due date, etc.), provide productivity stats and automatically incorporate online maps (Google Maps) with your scheduled work lists.

When a job is entered, it is automatically sorted into a region (North, South, East, or West) by geocoding it's address relative to your central location. When scheduling work, jobs are automatically ordered by their distance from your location, yet you can easily over ride this if needed.

theArchieFile allows you to access your data from any computer with web access or web-enabled device, while maintaining the security and privacy of your data. If customization is needed, a solution will be designed around your needs.
